The following rules can be changed by the guildmasters if they think that it is needed.
§1 The Guild
§1.1 Morningcrew is an experienced, international and English speaking guild.
§1.2 Morningcrew is no hardcore raiding guild and our primary goal is to have fun playing the game and not to put the weight on progression at all costs.
§1.3 Because of §1.2 we try our best to integrate every member as good as possible.
§1.4 It is expected, that the Morningcrew members are experienced, proactive, able to communicate, group with other members and help each other.
§1.5 Every member has a login for the webpage and forums and is responsible to inform himself/herself about news, changes that occure there.
§1.6 Every member uploads his profile the roster at least once a week. (removed)
§1.7 The guild EXPECTS a polite behavior from every guild member towards other guild members and towards non-guild members, because every member represents the guild "Morningcrew".
§1.8 If a member has a problem, he/she should try to solve it first alone in a polite way. If it is not solvable, members can ask a classleader or an officer for help.
§1.9 If a guild member will be on vacation or will have a inactive time he/she has to post the reason and the duration in the "Being Absent" forum.
§1.10 What the guildmasters decide is final.
§2 Ranks
§2.1 The Guildmasters are leading the Guild.
Guildmaster are Khisanee, Murgan, Laoshi, Fluffbunny, Raou, Emetic
§2.2 Classleaders "Class Leader"
Every class has a Classleader. The Classleaders are the mentors for new members and decide if the guild needs new members of that class. They know their class and can help members with questions regarding this class.
§2.3 Full members "Member"
Every recruit will become full member if he passed the voting successfully.
§2.4 Active raiding members "ARM" To obtain ARM rank you have to achieve 20 raidhours per month, reservespot hours counts aswell. Every month this rank will be updated.
§2.5 Alternative characters of full members are called "Alt". Every full member can have alts and it is up to the Officers to decide if they get invited. Younger Hordies are allowed to have 1 alt.
§2.6 Every new recruit becomes the rank "Recruit" and a vote will be made to decide, if he will get the full member status after a few weeks.
§2.7 The special friend rank "Friend" is reserved for good real life friends of full members who can not join the guild as recruit, because this class is full. It is up to the officers to decide if the new friend is allowed to join to the guild.
§3 Raiding
§3.1 Morningcrew is mainly a PVE-Raid guild.
$3.2 Morningcrew has at least 3 official raid-days every week. (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday usually)
§3.3 Raid start time is usually at 20:00 CET
§3.4 Raid end time is usually at 24:00 CET
§3.5 We use the addon "GuildEventManager" to organize the raids. Every member can use this tool to sign up for raids.
§3.6 The official deadline for raid signups is 23:59 on the day BEFORE the raid. Everyone who signed later will get a lower invite priority for this raid.
§3.7 Loot distribution is done with the help of our DKP System. DKP rules and information is written down under "New DKP system / rules"
§3.8 Members should have a talent build that helps us in PVE-Raids.
§3.9 Criticism in a polite way of speech is welcome, but not in public channels during raids. Members can post criticism and suggestions in the guildmember forum or when they have special raid-suggestions in the Tactics/Strategies forum. (What the Guildmasters say is final!)
§3.10 When a GEM signed member cant come to the raid he/she has to sign out from it in GEM and in the right thread in the "Raid sign out" forum.
§3.11 Raidsetup will be generally made 20/5 (20 ARM + 5 Member).

§5 Recruitment
§5.1 The friendrank is for RL friends of fullmembers and the fullmember can ask an officer to invite a friend. If the friend wants to become a recruit later on, he/she has to make an application like everyone else. The guildmasters decide about the amount of friends a fullmember can have.
§5.2 Recruits have to register on the website with their character name. They read the informations in the recruitment forum and then write an application in this forum. They have to inform themselves about our rules (DKP,Guildbank, ...). If they have questions they can ask officers or classleaders.
§5.3 Application from guilded players will be ignored and deleted.
§5.4 The class leaders decide about a guild invite for their specific class.
§5.5 Every new member will get the rank "Recruit".
§5.6 The class leaders are mentors of their recruits.
§5.7 After three or four weeks the class leader will start an internal voting were full members can vote for or against the recruit and everyone who votes will look in these 3-4 weeks at your behavior and your raid attendance.
§5.8 The class leader will inform you about the result of the voting.
§5.9 If a recruit will be longer than 2 weeks inactive without announcing it in the „Being Absent-forum“ or to the classleader he will get kicked out of Morningcrew.
§6 Guild Roster
§6.1 Every guild member should upload/update the character profile regulary or when something changed.
§7 Slacking in raids
Will not be tolerated.
If a member slack, is unprepared or repeatedly make mistakes during raids punishments will be delievered in three phases;
1. Official Warning, including naming the mistaker 2. -300 dkp will be removed from that members pool 3. The member will be replaced as soon as there is someone to replace them or kick them instantly depending on the situation, like bad behavior.
If this happens again and again to same member it even can happen that this one will be loose the ARM for a special amount of time.
